How to Remove/Uninstall AVG Anti-virus?

AVG stands out all anti-virus programs, which is well known in Europe and America areas for it provides various effective solutions to the internet security problems, was ranked as the worldwide top 8th in 2007.

However, not everyone is delighted from the AVG experience. Sometimes we find the huge install packages of  AVG takes up too much space and slow down our PC .  The second thing we can’t touch with AVG is the fast speed to finish scanning, it always takes several hours. Especially, that is too unbearable when it just locks without further process. Third, AVG products conflict with other programs, not mention the  Norton, Kaspersky and some other anti-virus programs but also some system maintains programs.Hence some people without so much patience get to uninstall AVG products and replace a more comfortable anti-virus program after that.

In addition, another reason for people to uninstall AVG is the corrupted or partial install of AVG. We can’t get it on its way and we have no choice but to delete it.

This reason seems annoyed so many people, especially you are  a computer naive.

Here we go with Perfect Uninstaller, which not only uninstall programs that Add/Remove Applet can’t remove but also uninstall corrupted half- installed programs.

Uninstall

• Run Perfect Uninstaller.
• Double click the program to uninstall in “Display Name” list to start the removal.
• Follow a few onscreen instructions to complete the next two or three steps.
• Restarting your computer is required to complete removal.

If the program is not in “Display Name” list or the program is a corrupted one, please go to “Force Uninstall”

Force Uninstall

• Close all the process and files related to both AVG and Perfect Uninstaller.
• Navigate to the directory in the hard drive where you locate the program to uninstall,such as, C:\Program Files\AVG
• Right click the folder to select “Force Uninstall” and Perfect Uninstaller will launch instantly.
• Follow a few onscreen instructions to complete the next two or three steps.
• Restarting your computer is required to complete removal.
